Getting the Feel of Things

Lord Rosse's Thingy.
The first pic is of Lord Rosse's 6 foot telescope, built in his barnyard using only farm labourers. In nineteen voertsek. This is just the eyepiece. The whole thing was high as a tree. The mirror is in the Science museum and you're not allowed to touch it, since you'll get prints on it. The second pic happened when I stumbled and pressed the button by mistake and took a pic of some houses in Kensington. Digital film is too expensive to waste so here it is.
